Strength Coach — Powerlifting & Barbell Training
If your goal is a bigger squat, bench or deadlift, generic PT is the wrong tool. Kinetiq's strength coaches include national-level strength athletes who programme the barbell lifts properly: planned progression, technique work at submaximal loads, and deload weeks before you need them.
The app tracks your estimated 1RM on every lift from the sets you actually log, so progress is a chart, not a feeling. When a lift stalls, your coach sees it the same week and changes the plan — that is the difference between coaching and a workout buddy.
The Kinetiq approach
How we coach this
The big lifts, done right
Squat, hinge, press, pull. Technique is coached bar-path by bar-path, because a stronger pattern beats a heavier grind.
Programmed progression
Percentages, rep ranges and deloads planned across blocks - not maxing out whenever the gym feels good.
e1RM on every lift
Your estimated one-rep max updates from every logged session. Progress is visible, plateaus get caught early.
Matched coaches

Common questions
FAQ
I have never touched a barbell. Is strength coaching for me?
Yes - beginners make the fastest strength progress of anyone, and learning the lifts correctly from day one is far easier than fixing habits later. Several Kinetiq coaches specialise in first-time lifters.
Will heavy lifting hurt my back?
Properly coached, the opposite: progressive loading is one of the best-evidenced ways to build a resilient back. Loads only climb as your technique earns it.
Can I train for strength in a condo gym?
To a point - dumbbells and smart programming go further than people think. For serious barbell numbers your coach will suggest sessions at a barbell-equipped gym; many clients mix both.
