My condo gym is tiny. Is that enough?

Almost always yes. A pair of adjustable dumbbells, a bench and a cable stack cover every movement pattern needed for full body recomposition. Your coach writes the program around the equipment you actually have — and will tell you honestly if something in your goal genuinely needs a barbell.

Every coach picks the MRT stations they cover, and the matcher on our homepage lets you tap your stations on a map. Coaches covering them rank higher for you, and you can see exactly which stations matched.

I travel often for work. Does that break the program?

No. Packages pause for travel, sessions never silently expire, and coaches keep hotel-gym and bodyweight variants of your block ready to swap in. Consistency across a quarter matters far more than a perfect fortnight.

Outdoor sessions (park connectors, stadium tracks, running blocks) are common with some coaches. Home training works if you have some equipment — discuss it in your first chat and your coach will tell you plainly whether your setup supports your goal.

InBody body-composition scans plus girths, progress photos and strength benchmarks every four weeks, all tracked in the Kinetiq app. Between scans, photo-based body-fat estimates give you a trend line — always shown as a range, always calibrated by your next real scan.

Why show a range instead of a number?

Because photo-based body-fat estimation is accurate to roughly four or five points, not to one decimal. Showing you “23.4%” would be a more confident lie. The range is honest, and the trend across weeks is what actually tells you whether the plan is working.

Yes — that is deliberate. In the app, every movement has a “why this exercise?” note written by your coach, tied to your goal. If you want to interrogate your programme, you should be able to.

No. Your coach writes your program. Software helps them draft explanations, spot trends across your check-ins and surface things worth asking you about — the coaching decisions are made by a qualified human, and the app exists to make them more present, not less.

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Outcomes depend on consistency, sleep, nutrition and your starting point. What we guarantee is the structure: assessment, a personalised programme, measurement every four weeks, and the refund rights that sit behind it.

Is prepaying for personal training safe?

On Kinetiq, yes - and this is the reason the platform exists. You never prepay a trainer directly. Your package sits in Kinetiq escrow and is released to your coach one completed session at a time. Unused sessions are refundable, every purchase has a 5-working-day cooling-off period, and if your coach ever leaves the platform we re-match you and honour every remaining session.

Can I try one session first?

Yes — every coach offers a single trial session as their first option. You get a full assessment, your first programme block written for you, and the Good-Fit Guarantee: if the session is not right, it is refunded and we match you with another coach. No package commitment until you have trained with someone.

What does a package cost?

Each coach sets their own rates - currently between S$78 and S$120 per session depending on the coach and package size, with larger packages priced lower per session. Every coach page lists exact pricing with no hidden fees. Payment is by card or PayNow.

Within 5 working days of purchase: full refund, no questions. After that: unused sessions remain refundable under Kinetiq Protection if re-matching does not work for you. Completed sessions are paid to your coach and not refundable.

Every coach is identity-checked and credential-verified, commits to the four-week measurement cadence, and is continuously scored on verified client results, retention, session-linked reviews and responsiveness. We would rather list five great coaches than fifty average ones.

Four questions - goal, experience, venue, schedule - ranked against each coach's actual specialty, availability and coverage. It is not pay-to-place: rankings and matcher priority are earned through the Kinetiq Score only.
