Body Recomposition Coaching
Recomposition — losing fat while gaining muscle — is the goal most working professionals actually want: look leaner and stronger without a dramatic bulk-and-cut cycle. It is very achievable for beginners, returners after a long break, and anyone whose training has been unstructured.
It is also the goal where guessing fails hardest, because the scale barely moves while your body changes underneath. That is why every Kinetiq recomp client is measured on an InBody every four weeks: fat mass down, lean mass up, both visible on one chart.
The Kinetiq approach
How we coach this
Strength as the engine
Recomp runs on progressive strength training - it is the signal that tells your body to keep building while fat comes off.
Calories near maintenance
No starvation phase. Your coach sets intake near maintenance with adequate protein, adjusted from your actual check-in trend.
Judged by composition, not weight
The scale is a distraction during recomp. InBody scans and photos every four weeks are the scoreboard.
Matched coaches
Coaches for recomposition
Every coach is credential-verified and measured on the same platform cadence.

Common questions
FAQ
Is recomposition actually possible, or do I have to bulk and cut?
For beginners, returners and the under-trained, simultaneous fat loss and muscle gain is well documented. Advanced lifters usually need dedicated phases - your coach will tell you which applies to you after your baseline assessment.
Why does my weight not change on a recomp?
Because muscle gained offsets fat lost. That is the point - and why we measure composition, not weight. Expect your clothes to fit differently before the scale says much.
How long does recomposition take?
Visible change typically lands in the 12-24 week range. It is slower than a pure cut on the scale but faster to the body you actually want.
